Shipping and customs

Everything I send ships free, wherever you are. There is nothing to calculate at checkout and nothing added at the end.

Where your print is made

Your print is produced at a fine art studio in your own region and sent to you from there. My printing partner has facilities in the UK, Spain, the Czech Republic, the United States, Canada, Australia and the UAE, so in most cases your parcel does not cross a customs border on its way to you.

If you are in the EU, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Norway, that means no customs charges and no import fees. The price you see at checkout is the whole price.

There are two exceptions. If you are in Switzerland or Iceland, your own customs may charge duty or VAT when the parcel arrives, and that is outside my control. The same is true for countries I have not listed here. Write to me before you order and I will tell you what to expect.

How long it takes

Every print is made to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Printing takes 2 to 7 working days and delivery a further 3 to 8, which is 5 to 15 working days in total. In practice, two to three weeks from your order to your wall. You will get a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves the studio.

Canvas and paper

Canvas prints arrive stretched over a wooden frame, ready to hang, with the hanging fixings included. Paper prints arrive rolled in a protective tube and unframed, so you can choose a frame that belongs in your room.

Original paintings

Originals work differently. They leave my studio in Oslo and travel to you, so if you are outside Norway your country may charge import VAT or duty when the work arrives. I will tell you what to expect before you buy, and I always declare the work properly. Shipping on originals is free and fully insured.

Your print arrives in perfect condition

If anything happens along the way, you get a replacement. Tell me within 14 days and send a photograph, and that is all I need. You do not have to keep the packaging, fill in a form, or post the damaged one back to me.

Returns

If the work is not right for you, you can send it back. Write to me within 14 days of it arriving and I will tell you how. Return postage is yours to cover, and the piece needs to reach me unmarked and packed as carefully as it came.

Returns go to Mari Ringsaker, Hausmanns gate 6, 0186 Oslo, Norway.

Once it is back with me, I refund what you paid.
