Shipping Policy

Thank you for buying art from me!

I strive to get your artwork to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping for prints: Delivery within 7-14 business days.

Shipping for original paintings: Depends on the delivery method we agree on. Get in touch with me and I'll find out which shipping option will be best for you. Paintings may be shipped in a roll, or stretched and ready to hang on the wall. Shipping might take up to 4-6 weeks, but I'll be closely in touch with you along the way. 

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—stay tuned!


4. International Shipping

I ship original paintings worldwide. Prints are at the moments only shipped within Europe, but I'm hoping to be able to extend this to other parts of the world soon. International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, I will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact me at hello@artbymari.no so I can assist you. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


7. Damages during shipping

All shipments are insured by me so if anything were to happen to your artwork during the shipping between my studio and your destination you don’t have to worry about the costs. However, once you have received your artwork and accepted the shipment, I do not offer further warranty for the purchased items.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. I am not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
