Return and Refund Policy

All sales made on this website are final. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchased artwork, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form or by email at hello@artbymari.no. Returns are only accepted if the artwork is in perfect condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. Please send returns to:

Returns are handled by the artist on behalf of Employ Kultur AS.

Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note:

• Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.
• Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

If you receive damaged or faulty artwork, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
