Floating frame

Being present is not one big moment. It is noticing where you actually are.

I painted it in two parts because that is how attention works — you take in one side, then the other, and only then the whole.

Presence I and II is an original abstract landscape painting from the "Blossom" collection, painted in acrylics across two 90x70 cm cotton blend canvases meant to hang together as one work. The two panels ask for the same wide wall as a large single painting, but sit quieter in the room. Painted in Bali in 2026, "Blossom" is a collection about the courage to look within yourself to see your true colors, and letting them blossom in a soft and safe way. Signed, with certificate of authenticity, shipped worldwide from my Oslo studio.

Good to know

Floating Frame

I carefully hand make floating frames in my studio in Oslo. Frames come in oak or walnut.

If you choose to have your painting framed, you need to chose the shipping option to have your painting shipped in a box ready to hang on the wall.

Shipping within Norway

This artwork can be shipped ready to hang on the wall, shipped in a roll, or picked up from my studio in downtown Oslo. Please proceed to checkout to view the different options.

International shipping

Standard international shipping of the painting in a roll is free. This only applies to the unframed option. Each painting is carefully rolled and shipped without stretcher bars to ensure safe delivery. Once it arrives, you can easily have it restretched at your local frame workshop.

If you prefer to receive the painting stretched, framed, and ready to hang, your painting will be shipped in a wooden box with DHL. Please proceed to checkout to see the price for this option to your location.

Taxes and import fees

A 5% Norwegian artist fee will be added to the price at checkout. This fee goes towards supporting Norwegian artists and is collected in accordance with Norwegian cultural legislation.

Please note that any additional import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend checking the import regulations in your country before purchasing.

Private viewing

If you would like to see the artwork in person you're welcome to contact me, and we'll schedule a time for you to come by my studio in downtown Oslo. If you don't have the possibility to stop by we can also schedule a video call.

A note on colours

I do my best to give you the best impression possible of the colors of the artwork. However due to changing light and different screens, it's hard to get it 100% accurate. Colors may also vary from screen to screen. For the most accurate view of the painting, turn your screen brightness all the way up and disable any blue light filters.

The artwork will also change in colors depending on which angle you view it from, and the light in the room. This is the beauty of owning an original.
